Most recently I've noticed that the Candy Crush Soda App which was automatically installed with Windows 10, is growing in size. It doesn't seem to run as a process in the background even when not opened like some others have had a problem with. But it started as 90MB now it's up to 130MB in a couple months.

Before doing so, close all the open Apps and shut down your computer. After 60 seconds, plug your Modem and Router back in the outlet. Wait till all lights on the Modem and Router are solid and steady before turning your computer back on. Open the Candy Crush Saga App and see if there is a change of speed and will go from there.

I'm having the same problem and the Extra Moves wheel keeps loading but won't stop. Also, I can't send lives. There's no option to send once I've clicked on the friends to send to. However, I can receive lives from friends and play games. I'm connected with FB and I've done the whole log out, reboot thing. It's still doing it. Please help!
It stops playback even though music and sound effects are both disabled within the game. This only began happening with a very recent update to the app; it did not occur before that.
